How do I book a collection?

Simply purchase your pick-up through our online store. Select the number of items you’re sending for repair, add it to your cart, and checkout.

Once we receive your order, we’ll contact you to confirm your collection details.

Do you offer any specials?

Yes — we currently run a “Send 3, Pay for 2” offer! Excludes certain repairs.
For every 3 items you send for repair, you’ll only pay for 2.

No code needed — the discount applies automatically at checkout when you select 3 items.

Which areas do you service?

We currently service greater Johannesburg and surrounds.  If you’re unsure whether we cover your area, pop us a message — we’ll gladly check for you.

What types of repairs do you offer?

We handle a wide range of clothing and shoe repairs, including:

  • Zip replacements

  • Hemming and shortening

  • Button and stud replacements

  • Clothing alterations

Not sure if we can fix your item? Message us — we’ll confirm for you.

Can you take measurements for alterations?

Yes! For an additional fee, you can book a seamstress to visit your home or office to take exact measurements for clothing alterations. Select this add-on when you place your order, or let us know when we confirm your pick-up.

How long will my repairs take?

Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days.  We’ll confirm your expected turnaround when we collect your items.

How much do repairs cost?

You pay for your repairs upfront based on the number of items you send. Specific pricing details are listed on each collection product option in our online store.

If any item requires extra work or a service we don’t offer, we’ll contact you before proceeding.

How do I pay?

Payments are made securely at checkout via EFT / Card / Yoco  etc.on our website.

Is there a minimum number of items I need to send?

No minimum required — whether it’s one missing button or three pairs of trousers, we’ll happily collect and mend whatever you need.

And remember — send 3, pay for 2!

Are my garments safe?

Absolutely. We treat your garments as if they were our own — with care, respect, and attention to detail. That’s our promise.

What if I have a special request or urgent repair?

No problem! Just leave us a note at checkout or drop us a message once you’ve placed your order. We’ll do our best to assist with urgent turnarounds or special requests.
