Need a perfect fit?
You can also add ‘Seamstress Home Visit’ to your order for an additional fee if you’d like us to take exact measurements for alterations.

2️⃣ We Contact You to Confirm Collection

Once your order is in, our friendly team will get in touch to confirm your collection details and answer any questions you may have.

3️⃣ We Collect From Your Doorstep

On collection day, we’ll pick up your items from your home or office — no need for you to go anywhere.

We’ll inspect your items, confirm any special instructions, and get them safely to our workshop.

Your garments and shoes are in good hands. Our skilled team will repair, alter, and restore your items to their best possible condition.

🧵 From missing buttons to broken zips, hemming, and shoe sole repairs — we’ve got you covered.

5️⃣ Delivered Back Good As New

Once your items are repaired, we’ll deliver them right back to your door, fresh, neat, and ready to wear.

Most repairs are completed within 3–5 working days.
